Our Unique Wedding Venues

A Romantic Wedding Venue on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. We offer three unique Barn Wedding, Waterfront Wedding and Garden Wedding Venues to Choose From.

The Inn at Huntingfield Creek holds unique moments for you and your guests. Our Maryland inn is one of the most romantic wedding venues on the Eastern Shore. With 70 pristine acres of land, we offer a selection of wedding locations for both the ceremony and your reception. Our venue is just far enough away to have that ‘destination’ feeling without all the headaches of far travel.

The inn co-owner, Joanne Rich, is an experienced and accomplished caterer specializing in local, fresh, upscale comfort food. She can help you pick out your menu choices to fit your style and budget.

Wedding Venue Information

We invite you to let us help plan your special day at our Eastern Shore wedding venue in Rock Hall, Maryland. Our experienced wedding planners are here to help make your dream wedding become a reality. Together, we can make your wedding special and memorable so that your wedding day will be one to remember.

“Our entire wedding party stayed on the grounds in the different rooms and cottages from Friday to Sunday, and everyone had a blast. From swimming and kayaking to cornhole and grilling, the Inn gives you the freedom to relax and feel like you’re at home while still giving you that feeling that you’re at an exclusive resort (without the cost of an expensive resort).

Even in our wildest dreams, we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect experience at this barn wedding venue.”

Maryland Barn Wedding Venues

Crystal Barn Venue

Our crystal barn makes our wedding venue stand out against others on the Eastern Shore. It is an eclectic anchor to our main bed and breakfast residences with charming carriage doors and wide ceiling-to-floor sliding panels on the backside. This allows us to put up a tent adjacent for even capacities of up to 150 guests.

Our Maryland barn wedding venue features three Swarovski crystal chandeliers and a painted wall mural to provide the right degree of elegance for both simple and country-chic weddings.

Waterfront Wedding Venue in Maryland

Huntingfield Creek Venue

This private creek with multi-direction dock is the perfect backdrop for wedding photos and small (less than 20 guests), rustic waterfront ceremonies.

Our green ‘wedding golf cart’ is always on tap to run bride, groom and photographer to the Creek for spectacular sunset photos.

Garden Wedding Venue in maryland

Ceremony Pergola Garden Venue

An expansive lawn and perennial garden flows to a pergola and thick, grassy path to a fountained wood-side pond. Perfect for weddings or any special occasion. A wonderful balance of open-ness and landscaped privacy.

Wedding Pricing & Guidelines

Weekend Weddings The Inn at Huntingfield Creek believes in devoting the exclusive use of the Inn to our wedding clients. After all, this is your special weekend. This means that you’ll have the entire inn and wedding venue to yourself!  We require a two-night full Inn booking for weekend weddings so that we may devote all of our attention to your special event. Currently, the cost is $3340+tax per night with full country breakfast. This includes two guests per room in our five rooms and seven cottages. Additional guests, where possible, are $30 per night. Grounds With 70 pristine acres, it takes a lot of time and toil to keep it that way for your special day. A sliding scale grounds fee based on the number of guests for your wedding day allows your party exclusive access and usage of the Crystal Barn wedding venue, Ceremony Garden and any/all other Inn grounds. Our extensive waterfront and docks, pond, and landscaped gardens are perfect backdrops for photos and the most memorable weekend for your Eastern Shore Maryland wedding.

“Just visit this place once, and you’ll know it’s perfect. The setting is unmatched – beautiful farm, sunflowers, lavender fields, bay view, fish pond, arbor, relaxing pool, luxury rooms … it’s a heavenly retreat. Plus, you get to hang out with Joanne and Jim, the coolest couple. You can tell they do what they do because they love it – and they’re good at it. This may be your first wedding, but it’s not theirs!

The dinner went so smoothly, and Joanne’s food is divine – plus, you get to plan the menu with her, which is a lot of fun. They always got back to us promptly when we had a question and were very available onsite the weekend of the wedding. And there were no last-minute surprises; the price was exactly as we had discussed on day 1.

Do yourself a favor and book them now, as they only host a select number of weddings each year to keep the grounds looking beautiful.”

At 57 years old, I’ve attended more than my fair share of weddings. Last night the wedding venue at the Inn at Huntingfield Creek in Maryland was one of the very best ever. 135 people outdoors, utilizing a tent and their “barn.” That last word is a misnomer, by the way; the barn is this little bit of restored perfection. Chandeliers, ceiling fans to keep the guests cool on a warm June night, an acid-washed concrete floor polished to a beautiful patina, gorgeous to look at and easy to dance on. The wedding venue grounds are meticulously maintained and picturesque, Adirondack chairs scattered here and there; everything is just so perfect. I would say this is the best wedding venue in Maryland be far!

The food and service are even better. It’s so difficult to make food for 135 that actually tastes great. Whoever was responsible last night for the dinner, including the hors d’oeuvres, did a top 1% job. It was delicious; portions were more than ample. Everybody cleaned their plates, the best indicator of a kitchen on top of its game.

Lastly, the service: it’s a family affair, and there are many eyes dedicated to ensuring every guest is happy and that the actual serving of dinner is smooth and well organized. What a difference this makes; the flow of the evening happens effortlessly.

Kudos to the owners for building and managing a really first-class inn and grounds. A special event here is....special.

We got married at Huntingfield Creek Inn this past summer. From the very start, Joanne and Jim were always available to answer questions and concerns. It was fun to work with Joanne on the reception menu and everyone said it was the best wedding meal they had ever had.

The property is amazing, and our guests had lots to do there, like kayaking and bike riding. We set up lawn games too! They call the barn the crystal barn because there are 3 big crystal chandeliers, and the floor and mural are beautiful too. We loved that our family and wedding party were able to stay here, and it just made the weekend extra special. We recommend Inn at Huntingfield Creek for anyone who wants a wonderful, personal and unique wedding experience.
