Whether you prefer to bike on quiet country roads or designated trails, you’ll find plenty of places to bike near Rock Hall, Maryland. We’ve listed some of our favorite routes below. 

  1. One of our favorite bike rides from Rock Hall is the Eastern Neck Nature Ride. This relatively flat bike path travels approximately 16 miles (round trip) between Rock Hall and the Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge. The rural route is a great way to enjoy scenic Maryland fall foliage. 
  2. Once you’re at Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge, you’ll find a variety of trails that meander through woodlands and wetlands, offering even more unique ways to enjoy Maryland fall foliage, not to mention the plenty of birds and wildlife that visit this area each fall. 
  3. Another great place to ride near Rock Hall is the Chesapeake Country Scenic Byway. This designated scenic byway winds through the heart of the Eastern Shore, passing through charming small towns, lush farmlands, and dense forests. Starting your journey in Rock Hall, you can pedal your way along quiet country roads lined with trees ablaze in reds, oranges, and yellows.
